Resumen
En el presente estudio analizo el modelo de gestión empresarial instaurado en el canal regional Telecaribe, en su transición de análogo a digital. Metodológicamente esta es una investigación de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño no experimental de campo la población estuvo constituida por 45 trabajadores que integran los 4 departamentos que dan vida al canal, a quienes se les aplico unas entrevistas semi-estructuradas. Cuyos resultados fueron que la organización posee una dinámica de fortalecimiento de la competitividad, una constante apertura al cambio y a la cultura organizacional, sostenida por un trabajo en equipo que garantiza los resultados misionales de la organización. Así mismo, se presenta a él direccionamiento estratégico por parte de la gerencia y el aprendizaje organizacional como la guía principal para la consecución de los objetivos de la organización, todo ello como resultado a las continuas capacitaciones que desarrollan los miembros de la empresa para cada día estar a la vanguardia del mercado. Al final se propone concluir con una revisión más detallada de los modelos de gestión que ha logrado el canal en estos últimos 4 años y su apuesta por construir modelos auténticos de administración que construyan comunidad, todo ello de la mano de una infraestructura multiplataforma de emisión colaborativa junto a un Talento Humano calificado y comprometido con siempre ofrecer lo mejor a la región.
In this study, I analyze the business management model established in the regional channel Telecaribe, in its transition from analog to digital. Methodologically this is a descriptive research, with a non-experimental design of the population consisted of 45 workers that make up the 4 departments that give life to the channel, who was applied a few interviews semi-structured. The results were that the Organization has a dynamics of strengthening competitiveness, a constant openness to change and organizational culture, sustained by a work team that ensures the Organization Mission results. Likewise, management presents strategic direction to him and organizational learning as the main guide for achieving the objectives of the organization, all as a result of the continuous training developed by the members of the company for each day be at the forefront of the market. In the end, it is proposed to conclude with a more detailed review of the management models that the channel has achieved in the last 4 years and its commitment to build authentic management models that build community, all this with a multiplatform infrastructure of collaborative emission along with a qualified Human Talent and committed to always offer the best to the region.
