Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar las estrategias de innovación que se implementan en el sector hotelero de la ciudad de Cúcuta con relación a sus propuestas y cambios en las condiciones actuales, donde se considera en desventaja la inversión de tecnología en comparación progresiva a otros establecimientos hostales, fomentando a generar emprendimientos creativos, idealizando el conocimiento organizativo y comprendiendo el auge de innovación para una mejor calidad en los servicios. Se constituye en un promotor del entorno social haciendo énfasis en la generación de nuevas alternativas de desarrollo, aumentando estrategias de innovación que regulen nuevos ingresos económicos.
Donde se aplica el enfoque cualitativo del paradigma fenomenológico-interpretativo, realizando una entrevista que demuestra los cambios que puede generar esta implementación en una organización, especializando su conocimiento, ampliando su economía y aumentando las expectativas de los turistas, se menciona en los resultados de la investigación la evidencia del impacto
que causa cuando se gestiona la tecnología como exclusividad e incluyen a los empleados como parte del conocimiento y seguimiento de los cambios actuales para una transformación positiva en la gestión de aplicaciones virtuales y la capacidad de gestión en la comunicación.
El motivo de lo anterior se encuentra a la nueva perspectiva de la ciudad con relación a sus condiciones económicas, sociales y de gestión tecnológica para el sector hotelero, es de gran importancia que sean complementarias para el desarrollo, crecimiento y sostenibilidad exclusiva de los empresarios y ciudadanos. Como resultado se gestiona que en la ciudad de Cúcuta el proceso progresivo de involucrar tecnología e innovación tiene retos para su debida actualización, contemplando un desafío externo que permite el impulso en los procesos del ámbito y modelos de negocios, permitiendo verificar una realidad que aporta al conocimiento existente como instrumentos de evaluación competitiva.
The objective of this research is to analyze the innovation strategies that are implemented in the hotel sector of the city of Cúcuta in relation to their proposals and changes in current conditions, where technology investment is considered to be a disadvantage compared to other establishments hostels, encouraging the generation of creative ventures, idealizing organizational knowledge and understanding the rise of innovation for a better quality of services. He becomes a promoter of the social environment, emphasizing the generation of new development alternatives, increasing innovation strategies that regulate new economic entries. Where the qualitative approach of the phenomenological-interpretive paradigm is applied, conducting an interview that demonstrates the changes that this implementation can generate in an organization, specializing its knowledge, expanding its economy and increasing the expectations of tourists, is mentioned in the results of the investigation the evidence of the impact it causes when technology is managed exclusively and include employees as part of the knowledge and monitoring of current changes for a positive transformation in the management of virtual applications and the management capacity in communication. The motive for the above is the new perspective of the city in relation to its economic, social and technological management conditions for the hotel sector, it is of great importance that they are complementary for the development, growth and exclusive sustainability of businessmen and women citizens. As a result, it is managed that in the city of Cúcuta the progressive process of involving technology and innovation has challenges for its due updating, contemplating an external challenge that allows the impulse in the processes of the field and business models, allowing to verify a reality that contributes to the existing knowledge as competitive evaluation instruments.
