Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación abordó la temática de la reparación integral, pero desde la
perspectiva del avance evidenciado en las investigaciones de acuerdo a la implementación de la
jurisdicción para la paz, por lo cual se desarrolló el objetivo general que se enfoca en descubrir el
avance de la Reparación Integral desde los comienzos de la JEP; de igual manera se investigó bajo
una metodología cualitativa basada en un análisis normativo de los derechos desde un punto de
vista teórico, legal, doctrinal y jurisprudencial, generando una recolección de datos basada en el
análisis documental que desarrolla diversas investigaciones.
De esta manera el resultado principal se enfoca en que hay mecanismos creados a nivel interno
que tienen como objetivo principal obtener el cumplimiento de la reparación de las víctimas y
promover la creación de verdaderos escenarios de reconciliación y así finalmente concluir que si
bien es cierto hay una cantidad grande de investigaciones, artículos y estudios sobre el tema que
generó la problemática el avance y progreso de la Reparación Integral en base a lo planeado por
la JEP ha sido muy lento y de un avance progresivo de acuerdo a la respuestas de las víctimas y lo
planeado por Estado.
The present research work addressed the issue of comprehensive reparation, but from the perspective of the progress evidenced in the investigations according to the implementation of the jurisdiction for peace, for which the general objective was developed that focuses on discovering the progress of Comprehensive Reparation since the beginning of the JEP; in the same way it was investigated under a qualitative methodology based on a normative analysis of the rights from a theoretical, legal, doctrinal and jurisprudential point of view, generating a data collection based on the documentary analysis that develops diverse investigations. In this way, the main result focuses on the fact that there are mechanisms created at the internal level whose main objective is to obtain the fulfillment of the reparation of the victims and promote the creation of true reconciliation scenarios and thus finally conclude that although it is true that there is a large amount of research, articles and studies on the subject that generated the problem, the progress and progress of the Integral Reparation based on what was planned by the JEP has been very slow and of a progressive advance according to the responses of the victims and what was planned by the State.
