Resumen
OBJETIVO: Identificar las principales variables en el grupo de pacientes con alto riesgo
obstétrico del hospital materno infantil del municipio de soledad/atlántico en los meses
julio y agosto del año 2016.
MATERIALES Y METODOS: Se realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo.
A través de un muestreo no probabilístico en donde se seleccionaron 500 historias clínicas
de pacientes en estado de gestación que asistían al control prenatal en un hospital de
primer nivel en el municipio de Soledad/ Atlántico en los meses de julio y agosto del 2016.
Y de estas se detectaron los factores que contribuyen a un alto riesgo obstétrico.
RESULTADOS: Con las tablas anteriormente mostradas se logró determinar la significancia
entre la variable edad con estado civil, con escolaridad, con IMC, con control prenatal, con
gestación, con causa clinica de ARO y con antecedentes de ARO, la relacion entre estado
civil con escolaridad, con causa clinica de ARO, la relación entre IMC con gestación, con
antecedentes para ARO, la relación entre control prenatal con causa clinica de ARO, con
antecedentes para ARO, la relación entre gestación con causa clinica de ARO, con
antecedentes de ARO, y la relación entre causa clinica de ARO con antecedentes para
ARO.
