Informe de caso: un estudio de la autogestión de la salud mental como factor de éxito en la rehabilitación de las adicciones

Resumen
El aumento del consumo de drogas ilícitas en la ciudad de Cúcuta- Colombia se ha convertido en un problema de salud pública, desde la especialización en adicciones de la Universidad Simón Bolívar, se evidencio un caso de éxito del programa de atención integral de fármaco dependencia del Hospital Mental Rudecindo Soto, cuyo objetivo fue describir cuales son las estrategias terapéuticas del programa de rehabilitación que cuenta con 5 niveles de atención, que logró describir la sintomatología asociada al consumo, Identificar las estrategias y recursos terapéuticos y establecer los impactos positivos para el paciente, favoreciendo el conocimiento de cómo afrontar este flagelo, haciendo un aporte la ciencia, la psicología y la salud pública. El DANE (2020) reporta el consumo en edades de 18 a 24 años que van desde el 15%, y las edades de 25 a 65 años con un menor porcentaje, encendiendo la alarma por que hoy los niños en los entornos del hogar o de los contextos escolares inician el consumo a edades más tempranas en el presente año en el país. Se concluye que el compromiso del trabajo del equipo interdisciplinar, son eficaces realizando continuamente los ajustes de acuerdo a la evolución de la enfermedad, que la autogestión de la salud mental, la red de apoyo, un equipo interdisciplinar, unas eficientes técnicas de intervención, un paciente dispuesto, y una sociedad que acoja a este usuario a la reintegración social son factores que efectivamente favorecerán el proceso de rehabilitación y recuperación en el consumo de las sustancias psicoactivas.
The increase in the consumption of illicit drugs in the city of Cúcuta- Colombia has become a public health problem, from the specialization in addictions of the Universidad Simón Bolívar, a case of success of the program of integral attention of drug dependence of the Mental Hospital Rudecindo Soto was evidenced, whose objective was to describe the therapeutic strategies of the rehabilitation program that has 5 levels of care, which managed to describe the symptomatology associated with consumption, identify strategies and therapeutic resources and establish the positive impacts for the patient, favoring the knowledge of how to deal with this scourge, making a contribution to science, psychology and public health. The DANE (2020) reports consumption in ages 18 to 24 years ranging from 15%, and ages 25 to 65 years with a lower percentage, raising the alarm that today children in home environments or school contexts begin consumption at younger ages this year in the country. It is concluded that the commitment of the interdisciplinary team work is effective, making continuous adjustments according to the evolution of the disease, that the self-management of mental health, the support network, an interdisciplinary team, efficient intervention techniques, a willing patient, and a society that welcomes this user to social reintegration are factors that will effectively favor the process of rehabilitation and recovery in the consumption of psychoactive substances.
