Resumen
La investigación tiene como objetivo “Analizar la gestión de las líneas de negocios desde la innovación para la creación, mejoramiento y fortalecimiento de los servicios ofrecidos en la Terminal Metropolitana de Transportes de Barranquilla”, está enmarcado metodológicamente bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptiva, de campo, con un diseño no experimental transaccional, en la cual, se empleó un censo poblacional conformado por 4 expertos claves que conforman el nivel gerencial de la Terminal Metropolitana de Transporte de Barranquilla, y a una muestra de 69 usuarios que hacen uso de las instalaciones de la terminal de forma aleatoria simple, a quienes se les aplicaron dos instrumentos estructurados, el primero de ellos destinado a los gerentes con 31 ítems y el segundo con 26 interrogantes dirigidas a usuarios de esta entidad; del análisis estadístico, se pudo conocer sobre la gestión de líneas de negocios de productos y servicios y la innovación que deben estar presentes en esta organización a los fines de adaptarse a los cambios necesarios para mejorar los productos y servicios que se ofrecen a la comunidad en general; en este sentido, se evidenció que esta organización cuenta con un modelo de gestión flexible, con tendencia a la innovación, en cuyos procesos se pueden desplegar alternativas para fortalecer o generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio sustentados en las capacidades operativas, logísticas y técnicas que se disponen; asimismo, se cuenta con la experiencia derivada de las actividades que actualmente se desarrollan para alimentar otras propuestas de desarrollo de innovación como lo son las terminales satelitales; también se encontró que esta entidad de transporte, cuenta con la solidez financiera y presupuestaria para desarrollar las actividades vinculadas con los productos y servicios que se prestan, además de tener criterios de calidad que permitan satisfacer las necesidades y demandas de sus clientes.
The objective of the research is to "Analyze the management of business lines from innovation to the creation, improvement and strengthening of the services offered in the Barranquilla Metropolitan Transport Terminal", it is methodologically framed under the quantitative, descriptive approach, field, with a non-experimental transactional design, in which a population census was used, made up of 4 key experts that make up the managerial level of the Barranquilla Metropolitan Transport Terminal, and a sample of 69 users who make use of the facilities. from the terminal in a simple random way, to whom two structured instruments were applied, the first one for managers with 31 items and the second with 26 questions addressed to users of this entity; From the statistical analysis, it was possible to learn about the management of business lines of products and services and the innovation that must be present in this organization in order to adapt to the changes necessary to improve the products and services offered to the community in general; In this sense, it was evidenced that this organization has a flexible management model, with a tendency towards innovation, in whose processes alternatives can be deployed to strengthen or generate new business opportunities based on the operational, logistical and technical capacities that are available. ; Likewise, there is the experience derived from the activities that are currently being developed to feed other innovation development proposals such as satellite terminals; It was also found that this transport entity has the financial and budgetary strength to develop the activities related to the products and services that are provided, in addition to having quality criteria that allow satisfying the needs and demands of its customers.
