Resumen
Este trabajo de investigación está orientado a establecer la existencia y manejo de los trastornos emocionales en estudiantes del último grado de primaria y primer grado de media básica secundaria en una Institución Educativa de la ciudad de Barranquilla, y ofrecer una respuesta al manejo de estos trastornos.
La pandemia que atravesamos reafirma la necesidad de preparar a los estudiantes en el manejo de sus emociones Heredia Escorza 2020.
El objetivo principal es Implementar estrategias efectivas que contribuyan a mejorar la salud mental de los estudiantes y adaptación en el regreso al aula de clases.
El componente metodológico se fundamenta en un enfoque cualitativo y descriptivo, el escenario escolar de la investigación es la I.E Hermanitas de La Anunciación; En cuanto al diseño de campo, se aplicó la observación directa, valoración de historias clínicas, guías de entrevistas abiertas a estudiantes de 5 grado de primaria y primero de bachillerato, padres de familia y docentes.
