Resumen
En este estudio se abordó el desarrollo dogmático frente al derecho a la vida e identificar en la literatura nacional como se ha manejado el tema de forma infructuosa ya que muchos legisladores han sido incapaces de hacerlo, por temor a perder sus curules en el Congreso debido a que este tema toca muchas fibras en la población y la parte religiosa que son los actores directos en este tema y donde se podría ver en riesgo los votos que necesitan los senadores para poder seguir con una curul en el Congreso de la Republica. La protección a la vida esta impreso en la Constitución Colombiana en su Art. 11. En términos generales se observa que en Colombia se toma este artículo de forma somera o conveniencia ya que, las leyes en Colombia no le dan aplicación a este artículo, que es uno de los más importantes en e desarrollo constitucional de cualquier país, más aun su desarrollo como derecho humano
This study addressed the dogmatic development against the right to life and identify in the national literature how the issue has been handled in an unsuccessful way since many legislators have been unable to do so, for fear of losing their seats in Congress due to that this issue touches many fibers in the population and the religious part that are the direct actors in this issue and where the votes that the senators need to be able to continue with a seat in the Congress of the Republic could be at risk. The protection of life is printed in the Colombian Constitution in its Art. 11. In general terms we observe that in Colombia this article is taken in a shallow way or convenience, since the laws in Colombia do not apply to this article, which is one of the most important in the Constitution of any country
