Logistics, being essential for any company in product distribution, becomes a determining factor for its competitiveness and profitability. In this context, transportation, as a vital link in the supply chain, offers a variety of options, ranging from land to air and maritime, each with its advantages and challenges. The precise choice of a transportation system significantly impacts costs and efficiency, with reducing operational costs being a primary goal in a competitive global market. Achieving this efficiency requires a meticulous review of logistical processes, identifying areas for improvement, and continually seeking to optimize resources. Effective collaboration with supply chain actors, such as suppliers and retailers, emerges as a fundamental aspect to coordinate product flows and efficiently utilize shared resources, reducing operational costs and enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction. In this context, this research focuses on a company in the furniture sector, aiming to enhance its logistical efficiency and reduce operational costs. Through a comprehensive analysis spanning historical data review to the evaluation of new distribution strategies, the project seeks to identify specific opportunities to optimize logistical processes, thereby improving the company's competitiveness and profitability.
