Resumen
Objetivo: Analizar la formación del Enfermero (a) y su relación con el desempeño en el área clínica en la ciudad de Barranquilla.
Material y Métodos: Aborda el paradigma histórico hermenéutico con enfoque cualitativo y de tipo etnográfico.
Resultados y Discusión: El desarrollo económico trasciende en la competitividad de productos, bienes y servicios; motiva a las organizaciones en este caso de salud en ir a la vanguardia de sus desarrollos, por lo que los enfermeros deben dignificarse como seres pensantes y no como imaginarios simbólicos obedientes e instrumentales. La investigación se enfoca en Analizar la formación del enfermero y su relación con el desempeño en el área clínica en Barranquilla. Las exigencias actuales de desempeño ratifican en nuevas competencias de los profesionales para un desarrollo científico de su ser, saber y hacer sobre el cuidado de la salud de los seres humanos, puede estar determinado por las necesidades y demandas concretas de las dinámicas actuales y de las habilidades en su talento. La formación enfermero trasciende en la criticidad de su conocer y actuar, ser flexible frente a cambios vertiginosos. Conclusiones: Este estudio evidenció la adherencia a los saberes propios e interdisciplinares, además los sitios de prácticas no se ajustan a las necesidades de los estudiantes en formación, así mismo la poca coherencia entre teoría y práctica y se adiciona en que afirmativamente se evidencian líderes dentro de los servicios.
Objective: Analyze the nurse's training and its relation with the performance in the clinical area in the city of Barranquilla. Material and Methods: It approaches the hermeneutical historical paradigm with a qualitative and ethnographic approach. Results and Discussion: Economic development transcends the competitiveness of products, goods and services; It motivates organizations in this health case to be at the forefront of their developments, so that nurses should dignify themselves as thinking beings and not as symbolic, obedient and instrumental imaginaries. The research focuses on Analyzing the nurse's training and its relation with the performance in the clinical area in Barranquilla. The current demands of performance ratify in new competences of the professionals for a scientific development of their being, to know and to do about the care of the health of the human beings, can be determined by the needs and concrete demands of the current dynamics and of the skills in his talent. Nursing education transcends the criticality of knowing and acting, being flexible in the face of vertiginous changes. Conclusions: This study evidenced the adherence to the knowledge of own and interdisciplinary, in addition the sites of practices do not adjust to the needs of the students in formation, also the little coherence between theory and practice. Leaders are evidenced within the services.
