Resumen
Este trabajo escrito tiene como objetivo desarrollar un estudio de prospectiva estratégica
para la producción y comportamiento de la empresa industrias saade carvajalino & cia s.c.a.
“INSACAR S.C.A” en el retén magdalena, empleando diferentes herramientas las cuales
permitirán tener las estrategias necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos planteados hacia el año
2040, tomando como punto de partida la situación actual, el entorno en el que desenvuelve
y su competencia, para poder lograr su propio mercado durante los próximos años.
De esta forma también aumentar y detectar el problema mayor que tiene la empresa, con
este fin de mitigar el problema del pc que presenta la plantación de palma de aceite africana.
Este trabajo fue realizado para detectar el problema y darle una solución de mejora, la cual
fue que la empresa le dedicara mas su tiempo en esa enfermedad y así disminuir la radicación
de la palma, que hicieran una fertilización dentro de los ciclos a los cueles corresponde con
puntualidad lo mismo en el caso de la pada y el caciqueo que es realizado a la planta, también
al riego que la palma necesita dentro de su ciclo; para así, poder aumentar su producción y
alcanzar sus objetivos planteados para el 2040.
This written work aims to develop a strategic prospective study for the production and behavior of the company Industrias saade carvajalino & cia s.c.a. "INSACAR SCA" at the Magdalena checkpoint, using different tools that will allow for the necessary strategies to achieve the objectives set for the year 2040, taking as a starting point the current situation, the environment in which it operates and its competition, in order to achieve its own market in the coming years. In this way also increase and detect the biggest problem that the company has, in order to mitigate the PC problem that the African palm plantation presents. This work was carried out to detect the problem and provide it with an improvement solution, which consisted of the company spending more time on this disease and thus reducing the settlement of the palm, to carry out fertilization within the cycles to which it corresponds. with punctuality the same in the case of pruning and caciqueo that is carried out to the plant, also to the irrigation that the palm needs within its cycle; in order to increase its production and achieve the objectives set for 2040.
