This study evaluates the performance of companies regarding the labor inclusion of the LGBT community in Colombia. It was taken into account different scientific databases for the review under a quantitative methodology. The study had the participation of 100 people from whom results were obtained with their respective statistics. It was evidenced that within labor markets there is labor discrimination, which happens when a population group, which differs from other people by ethnicity, sex, disability, race and sexual orientation, have higher unemployment rates or is limited to having low-status, low-paid jobs, Baquero (2000); consequently, it is difficult for them to reach certain hierarchical levels in mayor companies, even if they are qualified to do so. Occupational segregation is then presented, which is the tendency for individuals to be employed in different occupations because they belong to a population minority. It was found that discrimination and labor exclusion due to sexual orientation varies for homosexual men, lesbian women, bisexual and transgenic people, that is, it is a function of identity, construction and bodily manifestation of sexuality. Including this community in jobs promotes respect for the fundamental rights of citizens and the quality of life of people, present in the Sustainable Development Goals and which are part of corporate social responsibility.
