Resumen
En el presente artículo se recopilan las experiencias y resultados
de la implementación de un programa cuyo objetivo fue
fortalecer las relaciones familiares en excombatientes de las
FARC-EP en etapa de transición a la vida civil, establecidos
en la ciudad de Cúcuta –Norte de Santander. Este fue desarrollado
bajo una metodología cualitativa y un diseño de
Investigación Acción Participación– IAP, dentro del proceso
de desarrollo e implementación de estrategias evaluativas y
situaciones problemáticas se establece la necesidad de fortalecer
vínculos familiares por causa de la transición a la vida civil,
que ha generado tensiones relacionadas con el desarrollo
de actividades y demandas cotidianas en el contexto urbano
y crisis por el ajuste de roles, vínculos en los subsistemas
conyugales y parentales. Como resultado se permitió generar
espacios para que los excombatientes identificaran recursos
personales y familiares para la resolución de problemas, producto
del proceso de cambio y transición a la vida civil. Se
logro que los participantes identifiquen y contemplen otros
mecanismos de comunicación alternos a las verbales, así
como concebir las respuestas emocionales y conductas relacionadas
a estas como otras alternativas comunicacionales.
This article compiles the experiences and results of the implementation of a program whose objective was to strengthen family relations in ex-combatants of the FARC-EP in the transition stage of civil life, established in the city of Cúcuta -Norte de Santander. This was developed under a qualitative methodology and a Research Action Participation design– IAP, within the process of development and implementation of evaluative strategies and problematic situations, the need to strengthen family ties due to the transition to civilian life is established, that has generated tensions related to the development of activities and daily demands in the urban context and crises due to the adjustment of roles, links in the conjugal and parental subsystems. As a result, it was allowed to create spaces for ex-combatants to identify personal and family resources for solving problems resulting from the process of change and transition to civilian life. Participants were able to identify and contemplate other communication mechanisms alternative to verbal ones, as well as to conceive the emotional responses and behaviors related to these as other communicational alternatives.
