The purpose of the research was to determine the factors of labor we ll being that are re lated to the performance of workers in an IPS with offices in the Caribbean region. I n the occupational health area, it was identified that the performance of the job was below expectations, affecting the service promise the company; o n t he other hand, la bor well being is a forgotten issue in the organization, there is no management of it, neither is acknowledged the importance of carrying out actions for this purpose. This was a quantitative, correlational study between well being and wor k performance, ca rried out on 70 workers in the occupational health area through the design of an instrument that evaluated which evaluated the first variable from Slaikeu's CASIC profile and the second was done from Vroom's expectations theory. Within the results, low sig nificance was identified, well being: ,000 and job performance: ,002, with very strong and positive correlation in each of the factors that make up the variables and in them among themselves; hence the importance of caring for and atten din g to the well bei ng of the collaborator and carrying out analysis of work performance beyond compliance with management indicators.
