Revisión bibliográfica sobre violencia escolar: una aproximación a las investigaciones en Colombia

Resumen
La escuela es el agente socializador secundario en la vida de la mayoría de los individuos, es allí donde este interactúa con grupos de pares interioriza normas, reglas y además adquiere conocimientos de distintas ciencias en general. Es por esto que su estadía en esta etapa se debe dar de manera adecuada pues esta es de vital importancia para la formación integral del individuo.
Esta investigación logra una aproximación teórica a los diversos estudios y artículos científicos que se han realizado en nuestro país y que tocan directamente la expresión de la violencia en ambientes escolares. De tal forma que amparada desde el paradigma empírico – analítico y con una modalidad teórico exploratoria el presente estudio logra sistematizar y organizar la documentación obtenida en las diferentes fases del mismo.
Se efectuó una sistematización de 26 textos comprendidos entre los años 1981 y 2008 que representan el conjunto de documentos consultados sobre violencia escolar.
Asimismo encontramos también algunas variables o factores que influyen en la aparición del fenómeno de la violencia escolar en las diversas instituciones y poblaciones en las que fueron realizados los distintos estudios que forman parte de nuestra población de investigaciones. De esta manera encontramos que:
• Los niños o adolecentes varones son más propensos a este tipo de conductas y agreden de forma verbal o física a sus compañeras.
• Los estudiantes de estratos bajos recurren en mayor medida a la violencia que los estudiantes de estratos altos.
El tipo de agresión más común es la de tipo verbal mas exactamente poner apodos burlescos acerca de las características o defectos de los compañeros.

In such a way that protected from the empirical paradigm - analytical and with a modality theoretical exploratory the present study manages to systematize and to organize the documentation obtained in the different phases of the same one.
