Resumen
El presente trabajo de análisis hace una breve crítica a las entidades territoriales de la
ciudad de Barranquilla, por el no acompañamiento adecuado a niños, niñas y adolescentes
del SUR ORIENTE, a fin de establecer las entidades competentes, y las ayudas que brinda
tanto a los NNA como a sus familias, de este modo, se verifica la eficiencia del no
reconocido programa de restablecimiento de derechos en menores de edad, por muchas
familias afectadas y por la misma comunidad. Sin embargo, si bien el sistema legal intenta
controlar la niñez, creemos que los derechos legales protegidos no pueden limitarse en una
sola dirección, y el contenido legal de este derecho también puede incluir la libertad sexual,
la libertad personal, Integridad, Privacidad, Libre Desarrollo Personal y Compensación
Sexual.
The present work of analysis makes a brief criticism of the territorial entities of the city of Barranquilla, due to the lack of adequate accompaniment to children and adolescents of the SOUTH EAST, in order to establish the competent entities, and the aid that it provides both to the Children and their families, in this way, the efficiency of the unrecognized program for the reestablishment of rights in minors, by many affected families and by the community itself, is verified. However, although the legal system tries to control childhood, we believe that the protected legal rights cannot be limited in one direction, and the legal content of this right may also include sexual freedom, personal freedom, Integrity, Privacy, Freedom Personal Development and Sexual Compensation.
