Resumen
Después de haber realizado esta investigación, y de haber analizado los resultados hallados en cada una de las distintas pruebas llevadas a cabo, se tiene como finalidad que la gran mayoría de los pacientes que ingresan a una unidad de cuidados intensivos con una patología determinada, y que con una prolongada estadía en la misma, tienden a desarrollar ulceras por presión, asociados a ciertos factores predominantes como la edad, obesidad, nutrición, entre otros.
Al haber estudiado esta problemática, nos planteamos ciertos parámetros para trabajar en la reducción de esta alteración que cada vez es mas frecuente en las UCI debido a la poca atención y capacitación del personal encargado de llevar y atender a los pacientes que se encuentran bajo esta situación.
Posteriormente evaluada la calidad de atención y las medidas utilizadas como herramientas necesarias para calcular la frecuencia con que se presentan las ulceras en estos pacientes, y sobre todo para prevenir en totalidad la aparición de
esta alteración, que conlleva a una complicación y a una estadía más prolongada para los mismos, se tomaron ciertas medidas preventivas con el fin de hacer mas eficaz y mas responsables al momento de realizar ciertos cuidados destinados a la curación de la patología y principalmente al descenso de las ulceras por presión en adultos, siendo estos mas afectados por características propias del adulto mayor.
After having realized this investigation, and of having analyzed the results found in each of the different tests carried out, there is had as purpose that the great majority of the patients who enter to a unit of intensive care with a certain pathology, and that with a long demurrage in the same one, tend to develop sores for pressure, partners to certain predominant factors as the age, obesity, nutrition, between others. On having had studied this problematics, we appear certain parameters to be employed at the reduction of this alteration that every time is mas frequently in the UCI due to small attention and training of the personnel entrusted to lead and attend to the patients who are under this situation. Later evaluated the quality of attention and the measures used as necessary tools to calculate the frequency with which they present the sores in these patients, and especially to anticipate in totality the appearance of this alteration, which he carries to a complication and to a demurrage more prolonged for the same ones, certain preventive measurements were taken in order to do mas effectively and mas persons in charge to the moment to realize certain taken care destined to the treatment of the pathology and principally to the decrease of the sores for pressure in adults, being these mas affected by own characteristics of the major adult.
