Tumores malignos colorrectales diagnosticados en el laboratorio de patología del norte entre los años 2009 - 2011 de la ciudad de Barranquilla

Resumen
El propósito con la realización de este trabajo fue determinar los tipos de tumo res,
caracterización sociodemográficas y localización anatomatologica más frecuente,
diagnosticados en el laboratorio de la clínica del norte en el cual se realizó un estudio
retrospectivo la población analizada fueron personas mayores de 40 años diagnosticadas
con tumores colorrectales utilizando las variables edad, sexo, localización y tipo de tumor.
Este estudio se realizó en el laboratorio de patología de la clínica del norte de la ciudad de
Barranquilla. Se hizo un censo el cual se utilizó una encuesta con diseño sencillo en la
que se determinaban las variables a estudiar con un total de 506 muestras por lo cual se
determinó para el año 2010 mayor frecuencia de tumores colorrectales con el 36.17 %;
para la variable edad el grupo con mayor diagnóstico de tumores colorrectales fue el
grupo etario mayor de 70 años con 32,40%; A nivel de género femenino se observó mayor
incidencia con un 54,15%; con base a la localización anatómica se evidencio un 37.94%
para los que no fue identificado y siendo el recto con mayor frecuencia con 17,39%.
Conclusión: podemos concluir que el año 2010 presento más frecuencia de tumores, el
género femenino con mayor presentación, el grupo etario mayores de 70 años tienen
mayor riesgo y el recto es la localización anatómica donde hay mayor frecuencia de tumor
colorrectal.
The purpose for conducting this study was to determine the types of tumors, characterization and localization anatomatologica sociodemographic most common, diagnosed in the clinical laboratory in which North retrospective study analyzed population were people aged 40 years diagnosed with colorectal tumors using the variables age, sex, location and type of tumor. This study was conducted in the laboratory of clinical pathology northern city of Barranquilla. There was a census which used a simple design survey which identified the variables to study with a total of 506 samples which were determined for 201 O colorectal tumors frequently with 36.17% for the variable age group most colorectal tumor diagnosis was the age group over 70 years with 32.40% female a level higher incidence was observed in 54.15% based on the anatomical location was evidenced one 37.94% for which it was identified and rectum being more frequently with 17.39%. Conclusion: We can conclude that 2010 tumors present more often, more feminine gender presentation, the age group older than 70 years are at increased risk and rectum is the anatomic location where there is increased frequency of colorectal tumor.
