Resumen
Este artículo pretende analizar los tipos de violencia que afecta a las víctimas en su diario vivir, desde el punto de vista del conflicto armado y violencia intrafamiliar. Cada uno de los sucesos por los cuales pasaron las victimas conllevaron a que estas se convirtieron en agentes transformadores de paz a través del empoderamiento para fortalecer sus capacidades, tener, más confianza consigo mismo y mantener una visión para impulsar cambios positivos en las situaciones que vivieron. Desde el punto de vista de los tratados internacionales y nacionales reguladores de los Derechos Humanos de las víctimas del conflicto en la Ciudad de Cúcuta, Norte de Santander. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es determinar la solución a la problemática de las Víctimas del Conflicto social consecuencia de los victimarios a través del Empoderamiento en relación con los derechos humanos, aspectos sociales y el desarrollo del nivel de vida familiar y comunitario forjando lideres Agentes de Paz.
This article aims to analyze the types of violence that affect victims in their daily lives, from the point of view of armed conflict and domestic violence. Each of the events through which the victims went through led them to become transforming agents of peace through empowerment to strengthen their capacities, to have more self-confidence and to maintain a vision to promote positive changes in the situations they lived through. From the point of view of the international and national treaties regulating the human rights of the victims of the conflict in the city of Cúcuta, Norte de Santander. The main objective of this research is to determine the solution to the problems of the victims of the social conflict as a consequence of the perpetrators through empowerment in relation to human rights, social aspects and the development of the family and community standard of living, forging leaders as agents of peace.
