The type of research is quantitative in nature and experimental in design, using the human capital research line as a basis; The type of population under study was 50 teachers and administrative staff of the institution. Within the results obtained, positive aspects were highlighted as areas for improvement. Among the positive points, a general perception of effective communication, collaboration and an environment that balances personal and work life is observed, which encourages commitment and self-realization at work. However, significant problems are also evident, such as deficiencies in working conditions, insufficiency in resource management and low levels of satisfaction with physical and emotional well-being programs, since 74% of the staff considers that the institution does not promote these aspects adequately. Therefore, it is concluded that increasing workplace well-being not only optimizes the performance of employees, but also strengthens educational quality and institutional management, consolidating the success and sustainability of the organization.
