Resumen
Esta investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar los cuidados de enfermería en pacientes con osteomielitis según las modelistas Virginia Henderson y Dorothea Orem en la práctica hospitalaria. Se trabajara con un universo de enfermeras auxiliares y jefes de la clínica E.S.E CARI de Alta Complejidad de la ciudad de Barranquilla donde brinden los servicios de ortopedia y manejo de pacientes con osteomielitis. Se evidencia en los resultados, que se debe profundizar más en las modelistas de enfermería, ya que su cumplimiento a cabalidad brinda una calidad en el proceso de atención de enfermería logrando la satisfacción y recuperación en el paciente.
Dentro el resultado más relevante se observo que la estructura del servicio de ortopedia cumple con los requerimientos y de igual manera la calidad de sus servicios, las enfermeras realizan estrategias para el mejoramiento de sus condiciones junto con una recuperación eficiente, hay una menor realización de actividades recreativas por parte de enfermería. Se requiere de igual manera que la enfermera conozca más a fondo la implementación de bases teóricas y científicas en donde no solo la intuición sea la única herramienta en su saber, sino que posibilite la fundamentación de la práctica de enfermería como ciencia y saber.
This research aims to evaluate nursing care in patients with osteomyelitis according to Virginia Henderson modelers and Dorothea Orem in hospital practice. It will work with a universe of auxiliary nurses and clinical leaders of the CARI ESE of the city of Barranquilla where provide orthopedic services and management of patients with osteomyelitis. It is evident from the results, which must go deeper into the nursing models, and that compliance provides a quality fully in the process of making nursing satisfaction and patient recovery. Among the most relevant results was observed that the structure of the trauma service meets the requirements and likewise the quality of its services, the nurses do strategies for improving their conditions along with an efficient recovery, there are less activities entertainment provided by nurses. It takes just as the nurse know further the implementation of theoretical and scientific bases where not only the intuition is the only tool in your knowledge but that facilitates the foundation of the practice of nursing science and knowledge.
