The present research aimed to determine the risk factors for Peripheral Venous Insufficiency in the nursing staff of the IPS SAS Specialists Professional Advisors EAP. It was developed under the parameters of quantitative research. It is a descriptive study of cross-sectional cut, the population was made up of 20 subjects of the nursing staff of the IPS SAS Specialists Professional Advisors EAP to whom a questionnaire-type survey was applied on the risk factors for Peripheral Venous Insufficiency. For the tabulation of the data, the help of the SPSS statistical program was used, which allowed the systematization of the data obtained in frequency tables. As a result, it was obtained that there is a relationship between the sociodemographic and anthropometric characteristics with the clinical characteristics found and the risk factors of IVP in the nursing staff of the IPS SAS Specialists Professional Advisors EAP. I detect that most of the population is female 90%, the most representative age, is between 20-29 years 40%, most of the population is Of African descent 62.0%, the representative weight is between 60-79 Kg. It was also determined that the main risk factors are the low level of physical activity 75.0%, orthostatism or double-location 55.0%, the number of children 70%. Similarly, it was known that the most frequent clinical manifestations that the study subjects have are: Edema 90.0%, Pain 80.0%Fatigue 60.0% and Cramps, 60.0%.
