Resumen
En el presente artículo se llevó a cabo un análisis sobre la vacunación COVID-19 en población migrante desde los derechos humanos y la oc-18 /03.Para realizar este artículo se tuvo en cuenta investigaciones no superiores a cinco años es decir del 2016 al 2021. Por otra parte, este análisis es fundamental para analizar la relevancia de los derechos humanos y la OC-18/03. Asimismo, para el desarrollo del presente artículo se tuvo en cuenta de qué manera en Colombia se está realizando este proceso de vacunación COVID-19 en la población migrante para así poder determinar si se están respetando los derechos humanos de la población migrante.
Respecto a la metodología implementada en este artículo fue cualitativa. Como resultado se encontró que en el país se están respetando los derechos humanos de esta población e incluso existe un estatuto temporal que protege los derechos humanos de los migrantes. Finalmente, la construcción de este artículo permite que las personas sean conscientes de la importancia de respetar los derechos humanos de los migrantes puesto que tienen los mismos derechos y esto no depende de su condición como migrante regular o irregular. Además, el presente artículo sirve como antecedente para futuras investigaciones en relación esta problemática
In this article, an analysis was carried out on the COVID-19 vaccination in the migrant population from human rights and oc-18/03. To carry out this article, investigations not exceeding five years were taken into account, that is, from 2016 to 2021. On the other hand, this analysis is essential to analyze the relevance of human rights and OC-18/03. Likewise, for the development of this article, it was taken into account how in Colombia this COVID-19 vaccination process is being carried out in the migrant population in order to determine if the human rights of the migrant population are being respected. Regarding the methodology implemented in this article, it was qualitative. As a result, was found that the human rights of this population are being respected in the country and there is even a temporary statute that protects the human rights of migrants. Finally, the construction of this article allows people to be aware of the importance of respecting the human rights of migrants since they have the same rights and this does not depend on their status as a regular or irregular migrant. In addition, this article serves as a background for future research in relation to this problem.
