Resumen
Las características del servicio de salud son la accesibilidad, eficiencia y satisfacción en los usuarios, siendo este último un derecho fundamental de todo ser humano. La satisfacción en salud es la principal variable que contribuye a una calidad de atención humanizada. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo, evaluar la percepción de la prestación al derecho a la salud en barranquilla.
se hizo un estudio multicéntrico, observacional, descriptivo, transversal; el cual se desarrolló simultáneamente con la población de consulta externa de los hospitales, DANE, constitución de Colombia y de las presentes leyes.

The objective of this work is to evaluate the perception of the provision of the right to health in Barranquilla. a multicenter, observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out; which was developed simultaneously with the outpatient population of hospitals, DANE, the Colombian constitution and the present laws.
