Violence in the history of humanity has always been present, both in different contexts and times, from the primitive stage to the most contemporary. Currently, violence in terms of mistreatment, harassment, abuse, etc., presents alarming numbers of large and worrying proportions, these numbers are so high that they are of an exorbitant global public health concern, due to the magnific consequences that they endure so much in the short, medium and long term, the people who experience it. It is increasingly notorious that this type of violence is exercised against children, the elderly and mainly women, all of this happening on the walls of homes. These events are serious since they constitute a punishable behavior and not only that, but they generate the gradual deterioration of the health of the people who suffer them, due to the fact that they are physically, psychologically, emotionally, harmed among other affectations. The foregoing is closely related to the fact that at the beginning of 2020 the World Health Organization (WHO) as the competent authority, decreed the pandemic by COVDI-19, whose impact has been high in the countries, this measure opted for this The authority has been an effort to protect life through confinement in homes, because it was the most effective measure to prevent the proliferation of this virus. To try to safeguard the right to health, defined by Gañán Echavarría, (as cited in León García, et al., 2018, p.256), “as one of the fundamental human rights, constitutionally guaranteed, universal, inalienable, inherent to the person, integral and inclusive that allows the State to demand the conditions so that physical, mental and social wellbeing can be enjoyed ”; The Colombian State decreed mandatory preventive isolation, a measure that abruptly intimidated all Colombians to interrupt their daily lives and to function in virtual spaces that meant an even closer coexistence within homes
