Resumen
El proyecto pretende resaltar la importancia de educación artística, como una estrategia para desarrollar el pensamiento creativo en los estudiantes de básica y media de la Institución Educativa José Manuel Rodríguez Torices INEM de Cartagena, a partir de la relación que
existe entre las estrategias aplicadas por los docentes de esta área en proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje,
como escenario que potencia el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo. Para la realización de este proyecto, se contó con la participación activa de docentes y estudiantes de la institución objeto de estudio, así como también, con el apoyo de la administración que permitió el acceso para la realización del presente trabajo. En este sentido es importante resaltar el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo como una
competencia de gran relevancia en el entorno actual, que puede ser desarrollada a través de las actividades del área de educación artística, para responder a las necesidades de los estudiantes de una manera eficiente, práctica y generando conocimientos y soluciones a los
problemas que estos enfrentan, cumpliendo con uno de los principales objetivos de la educación de hoy día, como es, el crecimiento de las potencialidades creativas de los estudiantes, a fin de responder efectivamente a las exigencias de un mundo globalizado. En síntesis, con esta investigación se busca medir el uso de estrategias para el desarrollo de competencias que promuevan el pensamiento creativo en el currículo y cómo se han realizado estas actividades en la institución objeto del estudio, en creación de escenarios que permitan a
los estudiantes la posibilidad de potenciar sus capacidades creativas, en este orden de ideas los
resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación aportará elementos de juicio que permitirán
sugerir una propuesta para el mejoramiento de la institución en el área de educación artística,
que posibilite la implementación de estrategias pedagógicas y didácticas para el incremento del
pensamiento creativo de los estudiantes, dentro de un marco institucional que facilite su ejecución en la institución.
The project aims to highlight the importance of arts education as a strategy for developing creative thinking in students of primary and secondary of School José Manuel Rodriguez Torices INEM Cartagena, from the relationship between the strategies employed by teachers in this area in the process of teaching and leaming, as the setting that enhances the development of creative thinking. For this project, he had the active participation of teachers and students of the institution under study, as well as with the support of the administration that allowed access to the realization of this work. In this sense it is important to emphasize the development of creative thinking as a skill of great relevance in the current environment, which can be developed through the activities of the area arts education to meet the needs of students in an efficient manner, practice and generating knowledge and solutions to the problems they face, fulfilling one of the main goals of education today, such as the growth of the creative potential of students, in order to effectively respond to the demands of a globalized world. In summary, this research seeks to measure the use of strategies for the development of skills that promote creative thinking in the curriculum and how these activities have been conducted at the institution under study, in creating scenarios that allow students the possibility of enhancing their creative abilities in this vein the results obtained in this investigation provide evidence that will suggest a proposal for the improvement of the institution in the area of arts education, which enables the implementation of teaching and leaming strategies for increased creative thinking of students, within an institutional framework to facilitate implementation in the institution.
