Resumen
Este trabajo analiza el comportamiento de los indicadores de rentabilidad y solvencia del sector bancario colombiano durante el periodo pandémico y postpandemico. La investigación se llevó a cabo mediante una metodología descriptiva con enfoque cuantitativo, centrándose en el análisis detallado de los indicadores clave como la rentabilidad del activo, rentabilidad del patrimonio y solvencia que caracterizan al sector bancario.
La muestra seleccionada para este análisis incluye tres instituciones financieras líderes: Bancolombia, Davivienda y Banco de Bogotá. Se recopilaron datos anuales desde el año 2020 hasta el 2022, permitiendo una evaluación a lo largo de un periodo significativo que abarca tanto la crisis pandémica como el periodo de recuperación subsiguiente.
En conclusión, los resultados de este trabajo muestran que la pandemia tuvo un impacto limitado en la rentabilidad y solvencia del sector bancario colombiano. El
sector bancario mostró una resiliencia notable, manteniéndose estable en términos de rentabilidad y solvencia.
