Resumen
Las relaciones empresa trabajador actualmente con expectativa ante exigencias del mercado competitivo. El objetivo fue analizar el contrato psicológico en empresas del sector salud en Barranquilla, Colombia. Enfoque cualitativo, método etnográfico que describió el contrato psicológico establecido por enfermeras en un ambiente empresarial. Se concluye que la dupla organización trabajador posee interacción recíproca, con características como centrada, sistemática, y cobra importancia la transferencia de valor, donde es implícito el admitir como el permitir un desarrollo y trascendencia de las partes, en vía de doble flujo para impactar en procesos productivos de la organización como en la dignificación del ser humano.
