dc.description.abstract | Introducción: Una galería fotográfica estandarizada de alto valor médico clínico, depende de una correcta técnica, adecuada selección de tecnología y el entendimiento de estas por el médico, más las amplias recomendaciones sobre estandarización y almacenamiento. Los teléfonos celulares inteligentes y sus cámaras digitales poseen ventajas de la versatilidad, omnipresencia y accesibilidad con el mismo nivel de calidad requerida para una fotografía clínica en comparación con las cámaras Réflex, también ofrecen una alternativa a un costo razonable y siendo más prácticas, sin embargo, se pueden presentar algunas limitantes y es importante saber cómo sobreponerse ante ellas para así permanecer dentro de los lineamientos de estandarización en la fotografía clínica. Material y Método: Se realizó una búsqueda de literatura sobre uso de teléfonos celulares con cámara digital en medicina, se tomaron los artículos con múltiples guías sobre estandarización y recomendaciones referentes a fotografía clínica. Se buscaron los manuales y las características de un teléfono inteligente iPhone 8s Plus® y una cámara Digital SLR (Single Lens Reflex) Sony® SLT A55V, se estudiaron sus características, diferencias, se identificaron limitantes individuales y se compararon con sus usos en el campo clínico para proponer medidas que ayuden a mantenernos dentro de los parámetros recomendados en previas literaturas. Resultado: Se lograron superar las diferencias tecnológicas y las limitantes en este modelo de teléfono inteligente vs cámara Digital SLR (Single Lens Reflex) aplicando las directrices propuestas en la toma fotográfica mediante teléfono inteligente con cámara digital obteniendo imágenes de tipo y calidad científica similar que con su control. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | Introduction: A standardized photographic gallery of high clinical medical value depends on a correct technique, adequate selection of technology and the understanding of these by the doctor, plus extensive recommendations on standardization and storage. Smartphones and their digital cameras have advantages of versatility, omnipresence and accessibility with the same level of quality required for clinical photography compared to SLR cameras, they also offer an alternative at a reasonable cost and being more practical, however, there may be some limitations and it is important to know how to overcome them in order to stay within the standardization guidelines in clinical photography. Material and Method: A literature search was carried out on the use of cell phones with digital cameras in medicine, articles with multiple guidelines on standardization and recommendations regarding clinical photography were taken. The manuals and characteristics of an iPhone 8s Plus® smartphone and a Sony® SLT A55V Digital SLR (Single Lens Reflex) camera were searched, their characteristics, differences were studied, individual limitations were identified and compared with their uses in the field. clinician to propose measures that help to stay within the parameters recommended in previous literatures.
