Resumen
Este proyecto busca analizar cómo el clima laboral afecta la productividad de los empleados en las áreas funcionales administrativas y de marketing en una empresa X en la ciudad de Barranquilla, la cuenta con distintas sedes a nivel nacional, dedicada al sector comercial y buscando posicionarse en ventas a nivel nacional e internacional como una de las empresas líderes de productos gastronómicos. El Clima laboral de esta compañía se ha venido quebrantando, puntualmente en dos áreas de la compañía y por ende se ha expandido a las demás áreas dando como resultado un déficit en la productividad de los empleados reflejándose en las ventas. Esta investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, y un método deductivo utilizando así mismo una técnica de encuesta que cumpliera con los objetivos de este proyecto, el cuestionario cuenta con un total de 24 preguntas en el cual se utilizan valores de Likert para que se respondan cada una de estas preguntas, y se elaboró en las áreas administrativas que cuenta con una población de 8 personas y de marketing que cuentan con 27 personas, con un total de 35. De esta manera se resalta la importancia del clima laboral en las organizaciones y cómo puede afectar directa o indirectamente la productividad de los empleados reflejándose en los resultados. Mediante este proyecto se evidencia cómo ha incidido el clima laboral que se viene presentando en una empresa X de la ciudad de Barranquilla en los resultados y alcance de objetivos. Ya que debido al clima laboral que se está presentado en esta empresa ha influido en el bajo desempeño de sus colaboradores afectando los niveles de venta. Según los resultados obtenidos, se concluyó que el nivel de desempeño era bajo en función de sus esfuerzos por alcanzar las metas, pero reconocieron que aún podían mejorar; así mismo los desacuerdos que se hallaron dentro de la compañía han provocado que los colaboradores no se sientan seguros en sus áreas de trabajo y tengan dificultades para realizar las tareas asignadas porque no
cuentan con medidas de seguridad en el trabajo. por otro lado se evidenció que no hay una clara resolución de conflictos además de contar con una infraestructura inadecuada para algunos de sus empleados. En conclusión se destaca como el clima laboral es parte primordial de las compañías y cómo este puede afectar la productividad de los empleados, se enfatiza el valor que tiene el capital humano en las compañías, los factores que afectan la productividad, y crear ambientes óptimos para elevar el crecimiento y el desarrollo de los colaboradores. De igual forma se destaca la implantación de reuniones regulares para brindar retroalimentación y discutir las necesidades de los empleados, fortalecer los canales de comunicación y las habilidades de resolución de conflictos, aplicación de medidas de seguridad en el trabajo y capacitaciones constantes. Finalmente, se puede concluir que la productividad está estrechamente relacionada con el nivel de vida de los trabajadores y que trabajar en las condiciones óptimas se puede promover en una mayor productividad.
This project seeks to analyze how the work environment affects the productivity of employees in the administrative and marketing functional areas in a company X in the city of Barranquilla, which has different offices nationwide, dedicated to the commercial sector and seeking to position itself in sales. nationally and internationally as one of the leading companies of gastronomic products. The work climate of this company has been breaking down, specifically in two areas of the company and therefore it has expanded to other areas, resulting in a deficit in employee productivity, reflected in sales. This research has a quantitative approach, and a deductive method, also using a survey technique that meets the objectives of this project, the questionnaire has a total of 24 questions in which Likert values are used to answer each one. of these questions, and it was elaborated in the administrative areas, which have a population of 8 people, and marketing, which have 27 people, with a total of 35. In this way, the importance of the work environment in organizations is highlighted and how it can directly or indirectly affect the productivity of employees, reflecting on the results. Through this project, it is evident how the work environment that has been occurring in a company X in the city of Barranquilla has affected the results and scope of objectives. Since due to the work environment that is being presented in this company, it has influenced the low performance of its collaborators, affecting sales levels. According to the results obtained, it was concluded that the level of performance was low based on their efforts to achieve the goals, but they recognized that they could still improve; Likewise, the disagreements that were found within the company have caused the Employees do not feel safe in their work areas and have difficulties performing assigned tasks because they do not have security measures at work. On the other hand, it was evidenced that there is no clear conflict resolution in addition to having an inadequate infrastructure for some of its employees. In conclusion, it is highlighted how the work environment is a fundamental part of companies and how it can affect the productivity of employees, the value of human capital in companies is emphasized, the factors that affect productivity, and creating optimal environments for enhance the growth and development of employees. Similarly, the implementation of regular meetings to provide feedback and discuss the needs of employees, strengthen communication channels and conflict resolution skills, application of safety measures at work and constant training is highlighted. Finally, it can be concluded that productivity is closely related to the standard of living of workers and that working in optimal conditions can promote higher productivity.
