Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación desarrolla un estudio de caso en el cual, a través de las experiencias significativas de vida de tres sujetos, pretende describir los factores sociales e individuales que los llevan a afrontar las dificultades y sobresalir en la sociedad en la que se desempeñan, así mismo se pretenden identificar las barreras y/o obstáculos que han tenido que vencer para lograr el emprendimiento y empresarismo. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto de investigación se utilizó un abordaje cualitativo y un diseño metodológico de estudio de caso como estrategia de investigación comprensiva, señalando que puede ser constituido por múltiples unidades de análisis. Se utilizó la entrevista abierta, abordando las categorías de emprendimiento y discapacidad. En las cuales se desarrollaron los siguientes tópicos: Experiencias de vidas, características de una persona con discapacidad para lograr ser emprendedor, Factores sociales e individuales y motivacionales, Barreras y limitaciones. En los resultados obtenidos se observa en cuanto a los factores y/o motivaciones que llevan a una persona con discapacidad a iniciar y proponerse ser emprendedores están principalmente; la fe en Dios, la perseverancia, las redes sociales y familiares. Así mismo se encontró como característica en común la percepción y análisis de la realidad desde una óptica emprendedora, identificando oportunidades que los han llevado a sobresalir en la sociedad a pesar de su condición de salud. En cuanto a las barreras y limitaciones las personas con discapacidad se ven enfrentadas a muchas de ellas, las cuales les impiden una verdadera inclusión social, entre estas se pueden resaltar la inequidad, la falta de oportunidad, escepticismo a la diversidad, barreras físicas, culturales y económicas, falta de políticas inclusivas, entre otras.
This research project develops a case study about significant life experiences of three subjects, and attempt to describe the social and individual factors that lead them to face the difficulties and distinguish itself in the society in which they work;also this research seeks to identify barriers and / or obstacles they had to overcome to reach entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. To develop this research project, it was used a qualitative approach and a methodological design of case study as a comprehensive research strategy, indicating that may be composed of multiple units of analysis used.We used the open interviewby addressing the categories of entrepreneurship and disability.ln which one the following topics were developed:Life experiences, characteristics of PcD in order to become an entrepreneur, social and individual factors and motivational barriers and limitations.The results obtained showed regarding the factors and / or motivations that lead a person with disabilities to start and aim to be entrepreneurs; faith in God, social networks and family and perseverance were the main elements.Also was found as a characteristic in common the perception and analysis of reality from an entrepreneurial point of view, identifying opportunities that have led to distinguished in society despite their health condition.ln terms of the barriers and limitations, people with disabilities have been faced with many of them, which prevents them from genuine social inclusion, among these can be highlighted inequity, lack of opportunities, skepticism to diversity physical, cultural and economic barriers, lack of inclusive policies, among others.
