saludables.

The study was conducted in the city of Cúcuta-Norte de Santander, Colombia, specifically in teachers of a public educational institution. Methodology: quantitative, non-experimental design of correlational type, the research subjects were determined by simple random sampling, in total there were 75 people who participated in the study. Data collection was carried out through two Likert-type scales, the first one called How is my lifestyle? to determine the life habits of the people under study, and the second scale is the Font-Roja that is used to determine job satisfaction. Results: a low-level lifestyle is evidenced with a frequency of 69 people which corresponds to 92%, and job satisfaction is at a moderate level with a frequency of 58 people and a percentage of 77%. Conclusion: healthy lifestyle habits are not related to job satisfaction (R = 0.17), which means that job satisfaction is independent of healthy lifestyle habits.
