Resumen
Este trabajo de investigación se realiza con el fin de consolidar los avances de la teoría del
neuro-management como medida para fortalecer el aprendizaje en la administración y la
pertinencia de considerar el pensamiento humano y las capacidades de la mente como factor
para fortalecer el pensamiento gerencial contemporáneo y responder de mejor forma a las
condicionantes de los ambientes modernos de negocio, para ello se ha realizado una revisión
documental de información científica indexada en sistemas como Scopus y WOS
permitiendo identificar la evolución de las publicaciones y sus temáticas relacionadas,
contribuyendo a discutir el rol del neuro-management y sus distintos aspectos vinculados a
fortalecer el aprendizaje en administración como alternativa para desarrollar las habilidades
gerenciales y la gestión de las organizaciones en la época contemporánea.
This research work is aimed to consolidate advances in neuro-management framework theory as a way to improve the management learning and its relevance of considering human thinking and mind capabilities as a factor in managerial thinking contemporary and corresponce on a better way to the conditions of modern business environments, to response to this purpose a documentary review of scientific information indexed in systems such as Scopus and WOS has been carried out, identifying evolution of publications and their related topics, analyzing the contribution of neuro-management and its different aspects linked to improve management learning as an alternative to develope management skills and the management of organizations in the contemporary era.
