In this research work we will talk about the public policies implemented in the street inhabitants of Cúcuta, which must be adapted to the needs, since Law 1641 of 2013 is only at the national level, we will also understand that in some of the articles investigated presented the same causes, these being the most frequent. It should be noted that there are places that help these people, be it with housing, food, clothing, among other things so that they can improve and get out of that living condition, in which their rights are violated. In Cúcuta we can find the house that has a capacity of 120 people, so we say that it does not have enough space to help at least 80% of the inhabitants. Many of them live in conditions in which they need to find means to earn an income, despite the fact that most of them do not have a complete education, they earn a living through recycling, begging, stealing, prostitution or micro-trafficking. . In addition to this, certain inhabitants present illnesses, including mental ones; For this reason, we consider it prudent to strengthen the means of aid to these citizens. The street inhabitants have been increasing due to the multiple problems that arise over the years, generating a strong impact on society, which increasingly looks bad, fears and insecurity in the streets of our beloved municipality.
