Resumen
Un inadecuado ambiente laboral y unas condiciones de trabajo deficientes pueden influir en la seguridad y las condiciones de salud laboral, es por ello importante que las empresas adopten estrategias para mejorar el clima laboral lo cual conlleva a un aumento en la productividad de los trabajadores. Para las empresas resulta importante medir y conocer el clima organizacional para la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, ya que este puede impactar significativamente los resultados y se constituye una herramienta eficaz para dirigir los aspectos relacionados con los problemas profesionales derivados del accionar cotidiano del trabajador, dado que cuando existe una identificación que promuevan un adecuado clima organizacional en una institución y/o servicio, favorecen la buena realización del desempeño del trabajador, aumento de la satisfacción y la calidad del servicio prestado.
Objetivo: Determinar la percepción de los empleados sobre el clima ergonómico en la empresa, la calidad de vida y la presencia de síntomas osteomusculares.
