Resumen
Esta investigación analizó la evolución de la reglamentación colombiana sobre el femicidio desde 2008 hasta 2024, con el objetivo de identificar falencias en la respuesta estatal. Mediante un enfoque cualitativo y método ermenéutico, se examinó la legislación, incluyendo la Ley Rosa Elvira Cely y la nueva normativa de 2024. Los resultados mostraron avances en la formulación de leyes, pero persistentes desafíos en su implementación efectiva. La investigación concluye que es crucial mejorar la coordinación institucional y fortalecer los recursos para garantizar una protección integral y justicia para las víctimas de femicidio en Colombia.
This research analyzed the evolution of Colombian regulations on femicide from 2008 to 2024, aiming to identify weaknesses in the state's response. Using a qualitative approach and hermeneutic method, the study examined legislation, including the Rosa Elvira Cely Law and new 2024 regulations. The findings revealed progress in law formulation but ongoing challenges in effective implementation. The study concludes that improving institutional coordination and strengthening resources is essential to ensure comprehensive protection and justice for femicide victims in Colombia
