Resumen
La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) en la industria textil ha cobrado gran importancia debido a la necesidad de reducir el impacto ambiental y mejorar las condiciones laborales en la producción de prendas. Este ensayo analiza las iniciativas de RSC en empresas textiles que implementan modelos de doble función en el mercado infantil y preadolescente, destacando estrategias sostenibles y sus efectos en la industria. Mediante una metodología
cualitativa basada en la revisión documental, se identificaron prácticas como el uso de materiales sostenibles, certificaciones ecológicas, modelos de economía circular y programas de reciclaje. Asimismo, se examinaron las preferencias de los consumidores, revelando un creciente interés por prendas ajustables, ecológicas y libres de químicos tóxicos. A partir de estos hallazgos, se propusieron estrategias para fortalecer la RSC en la moda infantil,
incluyendo la innovación en diseño, la promoción de la economía circular, la transparencia en la cadena de suministro y la educación del consumidor. Los resultados evidencian que, aunque existen avances en la implementación de la RSC en el sector textil, aún hay desafíos relacionados con los costos y la accesibilidad de la moda sostenible. Se concluye que la adopción de modelos de doble función y estrategias de RSC no solo favorece el desarrollo
sostenible de la industria, sino que también representa una oportunidad competitiva para las empresas textiles. La cooperación entre sectores empresariales, gubernamentales y consumidores será clave para consolidar un mercado infantil más ético y sostenible.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the textile industry has gained significant importance due to the need to reduce environmental impact and improve working conditions in garment production. This essay analyzes CSR initiatives in textile companies that implement dual-function models in the children's and pre-adolescent market, highlighting sustainable strategies and their effects on the industry. Using a qualitative methodology based on a documentary review, various sustainable practices were identified, including the use of eco-friendly materials, ecological certifications, circular economy models, and recycling programs. Additionally, consumer preferences were examined, revealing an increasing interest in adjustable, eco-friendly, and chemical-free garments. Based on these findings, strategies were proposed to strengthen CSR in children's fashion, such as design innovation, circular economy promotion, supply chain transparency, and consumer education. The results show that although progress has been made in CSR implementation in the textile sector, challenges remain regarding the costs and accessibility of sustainable fashion. It is concluded that adopting dual-function models and CSR strategies not only fosters the sustainable development of the industry but also represents a competitive opportunity for textile companies. Cooperation among businesses, governments, and consumers will be key to establishing a more ethical and sustainable children's fashion market
