Resumen
El presente trabajo es un análisis de cómo se pude utilizar el derecho urbano, como una herramienta de ventaja competitiva para la sociedad, desde el análisis de la herramienta de planificación Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial del municipio de Malambo- Atlántico, a través de tres secciones. La primera, en la cual se establecen las bases conceptuales generales sobre las que se realiza el análisis. La segunda, que permite profundizar sobre la importancia del desarrollo territorial como factor de competitividad regional y, la tercera sección más profusa, sobre Malambo y los retos que enfrenta con respecto al ordenamiento territorial, el desarrollo y la competitividad regional. Finalmente, se presentan las conclusiones y la bibliografía.
The present work is an analysis of how urban law can be used, as a tool of competitive advantage for society, from the analysis of the planning tool Territorial Ordinance Plan of the municipality of Malambo-Atlantico, through three sections. The first, in which the general conceptual bases on which the analysis is carried out are established. The second, which allows deepening on the importance of territorial development as a factor of regional competitiveness and, the third more profuse section, on Malambo and the challenges it faces with respect to territorial ordering, development and regional competitiveness. Finally, the conclusions and the bibliography are presented.
