Resumen
Los modelos de innovación hoy por hoy están estrechamente ligados con la tecnología, estos
modelos integran diferentes factores y analizan desde diferentes visiones las tendencias y de allí
aprovechan opciones de solución a diversas problemática económicas, sociales y culturales.
Buscando respuesta al interrogante “cómo se puede facilitar la promoción de sitios turísticos en la
ciudad de Barranquilla utilizando las nuevas tecnologías” se realizó un estudio de Caso con la
técnica Customer Development para identificar tanto la percepción como la aplicabilidad de la
solución propuesta, los resultados revelaron una percepción significativa de favorabilidad,
concluyendo que es viable el uso de la innovación realidad aumentada para fortalecer los proceso
de turismo en el área metropolitana de Barranquilla.
Today's innovation models are closely linked to technology, these models integrate different factors and analyze trends from different perspectives and from there take advantage of solution options to various economic, social and cultural problems. Seeking an answer to the question "how can the promotion of tourist sites in the city of Barranquilla be facilitated using new technologies", a case study was carried out with the Customer Development technique to identify both the perception and the applicability of the proposed solution, the results revealed a significant perception of favorability, concluding that the use of augmented reality innovation is viable to strengthen the tourism process in the metropolitan area of Barranquilla.
