Resumen
La investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo del Diagnóstico de las diversas estrategias
implementadas en el departamento de Norte de Santander que intervienen y velan por la
protección del derecho al adecuado desarrollo de los niños, niñas y adolescentes en la región, esta
investigación es de tipo cualitativo con un enfoque hermenéutico-jurídico y un diseño
descriptivo trasversal no experimental, el cual se realiza en un lapso de tiempo específico basado
en la revisión, recopilación y análisis bibliográfico del problema o las variables a investigar,
como resultados se obtuvo que una de las variables más influyentes del conflicto armado en los
niños, niñas y adolescentes es la deserción escolar, debido a terrorismo, y la falta de
oportunidades tanto físicas, como económicas y estructurales que se presentan en el
Departamento de Norte de Santander por la presencia de diversos grupos armados al margen de
la ley, estas deserciones se presentan en mayor número en niños de diez o doce años en adelante
los cuales en su mayoría pertenecen a hogares con mayor vulnerabilidad y escasos ingresos
económicos, se evidencio la posibilidad de mitigar la violencia con la implementación de
competencia y habilidades sociales en niñas niños y adolescentes en su pensum académico,
dando lugar a jóvenes capaces desarrollar un pensamiento crítico y generadores de canales de
comunicación, en busca de un bienestar y calidad de vida, no solo individual sino social en el departamento de Norte de Santander y las diversas zonas de conflicto a nivel nacional en Colombia.
The research was developed with the objective of the Diagnosis of the various strategies implemented in the department of Norte de Santander that intervene and ensure the protection of the right to adequate development of children and adolescents in the region, this research is qualitative. with a hermeneutic-legal approach and a non-experimental cross-sectional descriptive design, which is carried out in a specific period of time based on the review, compilation and bibliographic analysis of the problem or the variables to be investigated, as results it was obtained that one of the variables The most influential factors of the armed conflict in children and adolescents is school dropout, due to terrorism, and the lack of physical, economic and structural opportunities that arise in the Department of Norte de Santander due to the presence of various armed groups. outside the law, these desertions occur in greater numbers in children of ten or twelve years onwards, which mostly belong to homes with greater vulnerability and low income, the possibility of mitigating violence was evidenced with the implementation of competence and social skills in girls, boys and adolescents in their academic curriculum, giving rise to capable young people. develop critical thinking and generators of communication channels, in search of well-being and quality of life, not only individual but social in the department of Norte de Santander and the various conflict zones at the national level in Colombia.
