Resumen
Este estudio analiza la relación entre el clima organizacional y la productividad laboral en Madefront Colombia, con el objetivo de identificar factores clave y proponer estrategias de mejora. A través de un enfoque cuantitativo y un tipo de investigación correlacional, con diseño transversal, se empleó el cuestionario de Litwin y Stringer para evaluar dimensiones específicas del clima organizacional y se analizaron métricas internas de productividad. Los resultados no evidenciaron una correlación significativa entre el clima organizacional global y la productividad; sin embargo, dimensiones particulares como "Calor", "Apoyo" y "Riesgo" mostraron una influencia potencial en el rendimiento laboral. Además, el liderazgo y la comunicación interna se destacaron como elementos críticos para fortalecer el clima organizacional. Se concluye que una intervención enfocada en estas áreas puede aumentar el compromiso y la productividad de los empleados, generando valor tanto para Madefront Colombia como para otras empresas del sector. Este análisis resalta la importancia de implementar estrategias que optimicen el entorno laboral, promoviendo así un crecimiento sostenible y competitivo.
This study analyzes the relationship between organizational climate and labor productivity at Madefront Colombia, aiming to identify key factors and propose improvement strategies. Using a quantitative approach and a correlational, cross-sectional research design, the Litwin and Stringer questionnaire was employed to assess specific dimensions of the organizational climate, and internal productivity metrics were analyzed. The results did not reveal a significant correlation between the overall organizational climate and productivity; however, specific dimensions such as "Warmth," "Support," and "Risk" showed a potential influence on work performance. Additionally, leadership and internal communication emerged as critical elements in strengthening the organizational climate. The study concludes that targeted interventions in these areas can enhance employee commitment and productivity, creating value for both Madefront Colombia and other companies in the sector.
