Resumen
Un crimen ocasiona varios interrogantes no solo en el ámbito legal, sino también en tratar de entender por qué un sujeto toma la vía de hecho para cometerlo. Conocer las causas o los motivos se han vuelto la pregunta más realizada por la sociedad, es por esto la importancia del estudio de los diferentes factores que ayudan a entender el comportamiento delictivo que conlleva a la conformación de un perfil criminal. Para establecer el perfil o el origen de la conducta delictiva es importante indagar en su proceso de vida y el cómo llegó a ser o cometer un delito, dar un argumento sustentado sobre las posibles razones que intervinieron en este, conocer e identificar patrones de comportamiento en su historia y como esta va alimentando rasgos de personalidad y potencializando comportamientos, que terminan en una serie de conductas consideradas antisociales. El estudio de los factores que colocan a los individuos en riesgo de mostrar conductas delictivas, serán los aliados para construir un argumento alrededor del tema, su historia de vida, las formas de relacionarse, entorno familiar, psicológico, entre otros, nos permitirán lograr tener una mejor visión del desarrollo o génesis de un perfil criminal. Por ello es importante resaltar que son muchos los aspectos a evaluar al momento de estudiar el comportamiento o la conducta delictiva, por lo tanto, el apoyo y respaldo de criterios científicos permiten conceptualizar más el tema de la conducta criminal y su génesis. Es de gran interés conocer las razones, las causas de las conductas delictivas, porque se dan, que interfiere en ellas, esto ha generado gran incógnita e interés en las diferentes entidades como, por ejemplo; el ministerio de defensas, reporta unos datos donde se identifica que en el año 2019 se convierte así en una de las tasas de homicidio mas baja en los últimos 44 años.

In order to establish the profile or origin of the criminal behavior, it is important to investigate their life process and how they came to be or commit a crime, give a sustained argument about the possible reasons that intervened in it, know and identify patterns of behavior in its history and how it is feeding personality traits and potentiating behaviors, which end in a series of behaviors considered antisocial. The study of the factors that place individuals at risk of displaying criminal behavior, will be the allies to build an argument around the issue, their life history, ways of relating, family environment, psychological, among others, will allow us to achieve a better view of the development or genesis of a criminal profile. For this reason, it is important to highlight that there are many aspects to evaluate when studying criminal behavior or conduct, therefore, the support and backing of scientific criteria allow us to further conceptualize the issue of criminal behavior and its genesis. It is of great interest to know the reasons, the causes of criminal behavior, because they occur, what interferes with them, this has generated great unknowns and interest in the different entities, such as; The Ministry of Defense reports some data where it is identified that in 2019 it thus becomes one of the lowest homicide rates in the last 44 years.
