Inseguridad ciudadana y su influencia en los procesos de espacialización desarrollados por el ciudadano cucuteño en el monumento Cristo Rey

Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objeto de estudio la inseguridad, ya que esta situación trae consigo muchas realidades, es por ello que el objetivo central fue establecer los efectos de la inseguridad ciudadana que alteran el desarrollo de la espacialidad en los habitantes de la localidad de La Cabrera - Monumento de Cristo Rey, debido a que en este sector devienen hechos delictivos por ser muy transitados, además que en sus alrededores emergen dinámicas relacionadas con todo tipo de vulneraciones, tanto económicas como sociales. En el estudio se utilizó un paradigma interpretativo y un enfoque cualitativo, de modo que se pudiera conocer la realidad de los sujetos desde su propia visión, también se trabajaron entrevistas semi-estructuras por medio tecnológico, debido a los contratiempos que surgieron debido a la pandemia provocada por el Covid-19, ante esto se realizaron cuatro (4) entrevistas a habitantes del sector La Cabrera y tres (3) a habitantes de otros barrios, con el fin de tener percepciones tanto dentro como fuera del contexto social de investigación. Dentro de los resultados, se lograron visualizar que los diferentes hechos delictivos han afectado y/o alterado los hábitos en los habitantes del sector, a la hora de salir a la calle por miedo y/o temor a sufrir algún tipo de ataque, cambiando con ello sus actitudes y comportamientos en espacios públicos, así mismo los mismos entrevistados comentan que los abandonos estatales como la poca iluminación pública y la no presencia del cuerpo policial, hacen del sector más inseguro y propenso a ser un nicho de delincuencia. Adicionalmente se encuentra como uno de los hallazgos del estudio, que la Xenofobia está asociada frente al fenómeno de inseguridad, puesto que el paso constante de venezolanos ha aumentado los hechos delictivos en el sector, dado que han sido autores de varios hurtos. Por último y no menos importante, cabe resaltar que dentro de las perspectivas de los entrevistados se encontraron que muchos de ellos no han sufrido hechos delictivos directamente por lo que sus posiciones difieren un poco de quienes sí lo han padecido.
The present research work has as object of study insecurity, since this situation brings with it many realities, that is why the main objective was to establish the effects of citizen insecurity that alter the development of spatiality in the inhabitants of the locality de La Cabrera - Cristo Rey Monument, due to the fact that in this sector there are criminal acts due to being heavily traveled, in addition to the fact that dynamics related to all kinds of violations, both economic and social, emerge in its surroundings. In the study, an interpretive paradigm and a qualitative approach were used, so that the reality of the subjects could be known from their own vision, semi-structured interviews were also worked through technological means, due to the setbacks that arose due to the pandemic caused by Covid-19, in response to this, four (4) interviews were conducted with inhabitants of the La Cabrera sector and three (3) with inhabitants of other neighborhoods, in order to have perceptions both within and outside the social context of the investigation. Within the results, it was possible to visualize that the different criminal acts have affected and / or altered the habits of the inhabitants of the sector, when going out into the street out of fear and / or fear of suffering some type of attack, changing with As a result, their attitudes and behaviors in public spaces, likewise the same interviewees comment that state abandonments such as poor public lighting and the absence of the police force, make the sector more insecure and prone to being a crime niche. Additionally, one of the findings of the study is found that Xenophobia is associated with the phenomenon of insecurity, since the constant passage of Venezuelans has increased criminal acts in the sector, since they have been the authors of several thefts. Last but not least, it should be noted that within the perspectives of the interviewees it was found that many of them have not suffered criminal acts directly, so their positions differ somewhat from those who have suffered
