The Covid - 19 has undoubtedly been a pandemic in many aspects of life, where the integrity, dreams, family, work and stability of people have been put at risk, to such an extent that many have resorted to death as a solution to the problems; forcing us to bring up femicide, that criminal type or crime that concludes the lives of many women, which has been labeled as the "hidden pandemic", one that no matter how much time passes or how much immersion of technological advances in society is seen, it never changes or decreases, it is simply ignored. The essay was written with the objective of creating in the reader, that orientation on how dangerous is the silence in front of the feminine the essay was written with the objective of creating in the reader, that orientation on how dangerous is the silence in the face of femicide and the propellant that Covid-19 became for this crime, you may wonder what is referred to? The fact is that, due to the protocols and biosecurity measures, people were forced to confine or keep themselves in their homes to avoid contagion and thus mitigate the speed of the virus in the population, a situation that unleashed intolerance, misunderstanding, fear and a host of situations that led human beings to extremes; As background we find that since the end of 2020, the United Nations (UN), called it "The pandemic in the shadow", which stated that "One in three women in the world suffers sexual or physical violence, mostly by her partner. Violence against women and girls constitutes a violation of human rights" (ONU, 2020).eng
