Resumen
La siguiente monografía, está sustentada bajo una propuesta estructurada en los procesos de formación y educación, con un sentido humanista
desarrollista, que busca convertirse en una herramienta pedagógica para los
educadores, mejorando la calidad académica de los estudiantes de sexto
grado de básica secundaria, a través, de una estrategias, que busca que el
estudiante aprenda por medio de la experiencia los valores morales, en
especial el respeto a quererse y respetar su cuerpo, respetar a los demás,
los símbolos patrios y el ambiente, para lo que es necesario crear un
ambiente ameno donde ellos puedan interiorizar los conceptos aprendidos.
Para lo anterior se utilizaron las teorías de Jean Piaget: la del aprendizaje y
la del desarrollo moral, que sirvió para tener un amplio conocimiento del
proceso de aprendizaje y ver en la fase en que se puede educar los valores,
teniendo en cuenta su maduración biológica y, por otra parte, la influencia del medio social, esta información fue una base para poder argumentar nuestra propuesta, que partió de una investigación que estaremos presentando a continuación.
En nuestra investigación quisimos conocer los puntos de vistas de los
implicados en ella, para lo cual se diseñó tres encuestas, cada una de las
preguntas tenían una similitud, lo que cambiaba era la manera de plantearla,
lo que más adelante nos sirvió para aclarar nuestras inquietudes.
Este trabajo investigativo, tiene como base la elaboración de una propuesta,
enmarcada en los procesos formativos y atiende a las necesidades de los
estudiantes, busca dinamizar los encuentros pedagógicos, integrar más a los miembros de la institución: padres de familia- docentes- estudiantes, para así, hablar todos un mismo idioma, logrando formar estudiantes con un grado de formación integral y teniendo en cuenta la visión y misión de la institución educativa.
La parte final de esta investigación se ve plasmada en la creación de una
cartilla, que busca que el estudiante: se respete a sí mismo, a las demás
personas, las normas, el medio ambiente y los bienes públicos y ajenos; en
cuanto a los profesores se le prestara una orientación acerca de lo
encontrado a lo largo de la investigación y la forma en que deseamos se
implemente esta cartilla en los estudiantes , teniendo como base el horizonte
institucional y el perfil que persigue la Institución Educativa Femando Hoyos
Ripoll de Sabanalarga/Atlántico.
Las huellas serán el logotipo que dará a conocer el maravilloso mundo del
respeto, como medio de la formación del estudiante de la básica secundaria,
con el impartiremos una nueva estrategia para la educación en valores, la
cual iremos reestructurando, de acuerdo a las necesidades de la institución.
El nombre de nuestra propuesta deja claro lo que se pretende con esta
estrategia "Dejando huellas de respeto "
The following monograph, there is sustained under an offer constructed in the processes of formation and education, with a humanist sense desarrollista, that seeks to turn into a pedagogic tool for the educators, improving the academic quality of the students of sixth degree of basic secondary, to slant, of one strategies, for which it(ne, she) looks that the student learns by means of the experience the moral values, especially the respect to his(its) body wanting and to be respectad, to respect the others, the native symbols and the environment, for what is necessary to create a pleasant environment where they can internalize the learned concepts. For the previous thing Jean Piaget's theories were in use: that of the learning and that of the moral development, which served us to have a wide knowledge of the learning process and to see in the phase in which it is possible to to educate the values, having in bill his(its) biological ripeness and, on the other hand, the influence of the social way, this information was a base to be able to argue our offer, which divided from an investigation that we will be presenting later. In our investigation we wanted to know the points of conference of the implied ones in her(it), for which I design three surveys, each of the questions had a similarity, which was changing age the way of her(it) raising, which hereinafter(later on) served us to clarify our worries(restlessnesses). This work investigativo, it(he,she) takes as a base the production of an offer, framed in the formative processes and attends to the needs of the students, seeks to stir the pedagogic meetings into action, to integrate(repay) mas the members of the institution: parents of family - teachers - students, for this way, all speaking the same language, managing to form students with a degree of integral formation and having in one counts(tells) the vision and mission of the educational institution. The final part of this investigation is seen formed of the creation of a primer, which looks that the student: it is respected to yes same, to other persons, the procedure, the environment and the common and foreign goods; as for the teachers it(he,she) was giving him(her) an orientation it(he,she) brings over of found along the investigation and the form in which we wish is implemented this primer in the students, taking as a base the institutional horizon and the profile that chases(prosecutes) the Educational lnstitution Femando Hoyos Ripoll of Sabanalarga/Atlántico. The fingerprints will be the emblem that will give to know the wonderful world of the respect, as way of the formation of the student of the basic secondary one, with we will give a new strategy for the education in values, which iremos restructuring, in agreement to the needs of the institution. The name of our offer clarifies what is claimed with this strategy "LEAVING FINGERPRINTS OF RESPECT"
