Resumen
Con el Código General del Proceso 1, se estableció en nuestro país, un esquema de justicia que se caracteriza por la implementación del uso y apropiación de las tecnologías, dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en el Plan de Justicia Digita12 (2012 - 2015). De acuerdo con lo concerniente con esta norma, se aprecia que en todas las actuaciones judiciales se deberá procurar el uso de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones en la gestión y trámite de los procesos judiciales, con el fin de facilitar y agilizar el acceso a la justicia. Así como ampliar su cobertura.
Estas innovaciones no solamente supone la modernización de los despachos de las especialidades jurisdiccionales Civil y de Familia, sino la extensión de la cobertura del servicio de justicia en el término digital. Señalados en la Ley Estatutaria de la Administración de Justicia, es decir, del cometido de la desconcentración de los despachos de la Rama Judicial, el cual se encuentra contenido en el artículo 4° de la Ley 1285 de 2009.
