Resumen
El acceso a internet en medio de la pandemia generada por el Covid-19 se ha vuelto un servicio de primera necesidad, para que los estudiantes puedan tener acceso a la educación que imparten los docentes cada día, ya que la pandemia ha trasladado las aulas de clases a entornos virtuales, para que de esta manera se pueda tratar de garantizar la entrega de los conocimientos necesarios para cumplir con los objetivos propuestos en cada materia. la pandemia en la cuarentena afecto aproximadamente a 1600 millones de estudiantes a nivel mundial debido a que los centros educativos cerraron sus puertas, Esto ha generado un problema en algunos sectores del país, siendo el área rural la más afectada, como la educación se trasladó a entornos virtuales y por el difícil acceso al servicio de internet, esto ha provocado que la brecha en la educación se amplié debido a que algunos estudiantes tuvieron que auto aprender con las guías que les enviaban o una breve explicación si el padre de familia entendía el tema, sin tener una explicación clara del tema por parte del docente o en casos aún peor sin tener acceso a las guías que era enviada por redes sociales, pero por la limitante del dinero, cobertura de red, no podían acceder a ellas. En este proyecto plantea generar una conexión a internet por medio de radio frecuencia usando la tecnología wimax para llegar a la mayor cantidad de estudiantes rurales posibles, permitiéndoles acceder a la educación sin que se vean afectados por la limitante de este servicio y cumplan con los objetivos propuestos por el ministerio de educación para cada grado que el estudiante este cursando. De igual manera se pretende que este planteamiento les sirva para realizar investigaciones, para la realización de los talleres donde el auto aprendizaje les sea más fácil con la información que se encuentra en el internet.

The quarantine pandemic affected approximately 1.6 billion students worldwide due to the fact that the educational centers closed their doors.This has generated a problem in some sectors of the country, the rural area being the most affected, as education moved to virtual environments and the difficult access to internet service, this has caused the gap in education to widen due to the fact that some students had to self-learn with the guides that were sent to them or a brief explanation if the parent understood the subject , without having a clear explanation of the subject by the teacher or in even worse cases without having access to the guides that were sent by social networks, but due to the limitation of money, network coverage, they could not access them. In this project, he proposes to generate an internet connection through radio frequency using wimax technology to reach as many rural students as possible, allowing them to access education without being affected by the limitation of this service and meet the objectives proposed by the Ministry of Education for each grade that the student is studying. In the same way, it is intended that this approach helps them to carry out research, to carry out workshops where self-learning is easier for them with the information found on the internet.
