Resumen
Esta investigación busca comprender los principales aspectos identitarios aportados a la cultura local, de la ciudad de Cúcuta desde los diferentes actores que se identifican con el equipo, para dar respuesta a dicha problemática el cuál es la pérdida de identidad. Para el desarrollo de ésta; se utilizaron teorías tales como la de identidad deportiva de Brewer, Van Reaalte y Linder, por medio de la metodología histórico hermenéutico o interpretativa de acuerdo a la clasificación presentada por Habermas (1975) se busca aportar elementos que permitan comprender e interpretar y dar sentido a la representación simbólica de los referentes identitarios construidos en un espacio icónico de Cúcuta como el estadio general Santander, por ende se lleva a cabo con un selecto grupo de hinchas representativos y con aspectos identitarios notables para realizar el trabajo investigativo en la ciudad de Cúcuta norte de Santander; con diseño cualitativo etnográfico y con enfoque cualitativo, por tal motivo se emplearán técnicas e instrumentos de investigación propios de este tipo, es decir entrevistas, observación participante, revisión bibliográfica, taller con grupo focales, historias de vida, encuestas. Lo cual permitió comprender que la sociedad les da significado a los fenómenos culturales basándonos en las interacciones producidas por los hinchas del Deportivo Cúcuta, dando a entender esto como una identidad deportiva, es por esto que dicha identidad recoge las diferentes maneras de expresión a través del tiempo, para autoconstruirse. La elección de un equipo de fútbol marca una identificación con un grupo determinado por consecuente el escenario deportivo es un espacio donde se generan identidades, lo cual ocurre la asociación entre equipo y territorios vinculando numerosos sectores populares. Es importante abordar si debido a esa identidad y a esa fidelidad al equipo el cual se representa como hincha, tiene como consecuencia intolerancia a otros grupos de hinchas fieles por ende, es de vital importancia intervenir para mejorar la calidad de la administración ya que debido esto puede generar una desestabilidad al equipo desde dentro, frente a lo planteado por hinchas dando a entender el sentido de pertenencia se debe apuntar a desarrollar acciones que permitan la colaboración de los hinchas para el mejoramiento del estadio
This research seeks to understand the main identity aspects contributed to the local culture of the city of Cúcuta from the different actors who identify with the team, in order to respond to this problem, which is the loss of identity. For the development of this; Theories such as the sports identity of Brewer, Van Reaalte and Linder were used, through the hermeneutical or interpretative historical methodology according to the classification presented by Habermas (1975) the symbolic representation of the identity referents built in an iconic space of Cúcuta as the general Santander stadium, therefore it is carried out with a select group of representative fans and with notable identity aspects to carry out the investigative work in the city of Cúcuta north of Santander; With a qualitative ethnographic design and with a qualitative approach, for this reason, techniques and research instruments of this type will be used, that is, observation, participant observation, bibliographic review, workshop with focus groups, life stories, surveys. Which will understand that society gives meaning to cultural phenomena based on the interactions produced by the fans of Deportivo Cúcuta, implying this as a sports identity, that is why this identity collects the different ways of expression over time , to build itself. The choice of a soccer team marks an identification with a group determined by consequent the sports scene is a space where identities are generated, which occurs the association between team and territories linking numerous popular sectors. It is important to address whether due to that identity and that loyalty to the team which is represented as a fan, has as a consequence intolerance to other groups of loyal fans, therefore, it is vitally important to intervene to improve the quality of the administration since due to this it can generate a destabilization of the team from within, in the face of what is raised by fans, implying the sense of belonging, it is necessary to aim to develop actions that use the collaboration of the fans to improve the stadium
