Resumen
En Colombia la infraestructura de la red vial terciaria se caracteriza por grandes deficiencias en la calidad y por muchas necesidades de inversión. Como parte de las contradicciones, el cambio climático que la afecta se ha convertido en una oportunidad para implementar ajustes largamente aplazados en dicha infraestructura, por tal razón es necesario vislumbrar la implementación de peajes rurales como salida a la construcción y sostenimiento de la Red vial Terciaria.

As part of the contradictions , climate change affects it has become an opportunity to implement long-delayed adjustments to the infrastructure , for this reason it is necessary to glimpse the implementation of rural tolls as a solution to the construction and maintenance of the tertiary road network
