Resumen
Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre la inteligencia emocional y las conductas disociales del colegio Andrés Bello, Esta investigación se realizó bajo un paradigma positivista y un enfoque cuantitativo, con un alcance correlacional y un diseño trasversal, con una muestra de 25 estudiantes del colegio Andrés Bello, de la ciudad de Cúcuta Norte de Santander; los hallazgos obtenidos corresponden a las variables de inteligencia emocional y conductas disociales y delictivas.
Ahora bien, se tiene en cuenta que este trabajo se centra en las variables de Inteligencia Emocional y conductas disociales, debido a que son factores relevantes en la vida de los adolescentes, es importante realizar esta investigación, en la cual, no solamente se pretende determinar los niveles de desarrollo de la Inteligencia Emocional que presentan los adolescentes de colegio Andrés bello (Cúcuta); sino también describir la relación entre la inteligencia emocional y las conductas disóciales, según los resultados de esta investigación se pueden generar nuevos conocimientos y entregar un aporte sobre la relación de estas dos variables; ya sea a nivel científico, psicológico o social; el cual a través de estudios se puedan llegar a implementar estrategias de desarrollo emocional que posiblemente llegaran a incluirse en un plan de gobierno, con un alto grado de formación psicológica y educativa. Que genere una contribución en el aprendizaje social, cultural y educativo.
Finalmente, se realizó la respectiva correlación entre las variables. En conclusión, se logra determinar que a partir del estudio realizado, se determina que una variable no depende de la otra, Sin embargo es importante resaltar que si se tiene inteligencia emocional o conductas disociales, estos no son los únicos factores para desencadenar un comportamiento ante la sociedad. Consecuentemente se puede deducir que la población estudiada no presenta indicios de conductas delictivas pero sí un nivel de inteligencia emocional alto.
This research aims to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence and dissociative behaviors in the Andrés Bello School, This research was conducted under a positivist paradigm and a quantitative approach, with a correlational scope and a cross-sectional design, with a sample of 25 students from the Andrés Bello School, in the city of Cúcuta Norte de Santander; the findings obtained correspond to the variables of emotional intelligence and dissociative and criminal behaviors. However, it is taken into account that this work focuses on the variables of emotional intelligence and dissociative behaviors, because they are relevant factors in the lives of adolescents, it is important to conduct this research, which not only aims to determine the levels of development of emotional intelligence presented by the adolescents of Andres Bello School (Cucuta); but also to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and dissociative behavior, according to the results of this research can generate new knowledge and provide input on the relationship of these two variables, either scientifically, psychologically or socially, which through studies can get to implement emotional development strategies that possibly come to be included in a government plan, with a high degree of psychological and educational training. That it generates a contribution in the social, cultural and educational learning. Finally, the respective correlation between the variables was made. In conclusion, it is possible to determine that from the study carried out, it is determined that one variable does not depend on the other. However, it is important to emphasize that if one has emotional intelligence or dissociative behaviors, these are not the only factors to trigger a behavior before society. Consequently, it can be deduced that the population studied does not show signs of criminal behavior, but does have a high level of emotional intelligence.
